System Overview

The VIVA POS platform is a transaction management solution allowing for:

• sales management
• synchronization with a central ERP system
• integration with fiscal systems (Blackbox)
• offline operation.

The system can operate according to two modes:

Connected fiscal mode (Blackbox)

Used in countries with a digital fiscal infrastructure.

Autonomous local mode

Used in regions without Blackbox infrastructure.
